3 Immigrants Sue N.J. Over Health Insurance Cuts

State’s plan to end New Jersey FamilyCare, a program that at present offers low-cost or no-cost health insurance coverage to about 12,000 low-income non-citizens, resulted in a new lawsuit. The three immigrants are alleging discrimination.
